At MontaignePlace.com, all sales are final! We are completely committed to delivering excellent service to you, our customer, at all times! Our Customer service team is dedicated to ensuring that you always receive exactly what you order for and in good condition. Hence It is VERY IMPORTANT that customers double check all orders when delivered.

 

Manufacturer Defect: We make exceptions for items with manufacturer’s defect and/or products delivered in bad or damaged condition. Customers may return items delivered with manufacturer’s defect upon delivery or within 7days of delivery. (3 days within Lagos). All items must be returned in the same condition it is delivered.  

 

  1. Refunds are processed within 3-7days upon receipt of returned product.
  2. Replacement will be made 3-7days upon receipt of returned products or as agreed with customer.
  3. All refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
  4. For purchases made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account.
  5. All items must be returned with the purchase receipts
  6. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped
  7. Promotional Terms & Conditions: When promotional items are included in the original transaction, it MUST be returned along with the order or the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount
  8. After 7days from date of receipt of product, no refunds/returns/exchange are covered by Montaigne Place  

 

RETURN OPTIONS

 

For items purchased online, we offer 3(three) return options for your convenience. All items must be returned with the purchase receipts.


1. UPON DELIVERY: Kindly fill in the return form attached to your delivery and give it, along with the order and purchase receipt, to the delivery person. Please ensure that the delivery person co-signs the form thereby attesting that the item was returned in the condition that it was delivered. This return will be free of charge.

 

2. REQUEST PICKUP: If you would like to have your returned order picked up, please contact Montaigne Place Customer Service at 08180990960 or 012795539. The lines are open Monday to Saturday 8.00am - 8.00pm. We are closed on Sundays. You can also apply for pickup via email to returns@montaigneplace.com. All pickups will be scheduled via phone call. For certain items, we may insist that you send a picture of damaged or defective product. Kindly note that pickup will be scheduled at a cost.

 

3. PERSONAL SHIPPING: Customers can also arrange to have the order shipped and delivered to the return address. In order for a customer to organize return, you MUST call the Customer service team on 08180990960 or 012795539 to notify them of impending return and advice of possible ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) of the return. All returns must be accompanied with the Return order form.

 

4. DROP OFF AT MONTAIGNE PLACE: Customers can also arrange to drop off returned items to the delivery address. In order for a customer to organize drop off, you MUST call the Customer service team on 08180990960 or 012795539 to organize and agree on date and time of impending return. All returns must be accompanied with the Return order form.

 

PLEASE NOTE

 

Montaigne Place will ONLY receive returns at the Return Address on your delivery. At NO TIME and under ZERO circumstances will returns be accepted at any other Montaigne Place location nationwide.
